Thanksgiving is only 3 weeks a away one way anyone can get ready for the up coming holidays is working out once or twice a day so that you can eat what you want on turkey day i would start buying some DVDs if you don't have any and start eating veggies and fruit.
Lat summer i lost a total of 50 lbs and i have kept it off the key is eating right and working out on a daily basis. And make sure eat every day no matter what, do what you can to keep it off. So have a healthy day
