Marshall will be having their 2 nd Holiday Expo from 10-3 pm with up scale vendors like myself and other vendor like Avon, marykay etc... its $2.00 to get in. i will doing mini makeovers and face painting so please stop by and say \hi. its on leesburg pike just down the street from the west falls church metro and its on the left hand side. holiday makeup ideas

I love the holidays for lots of reasons one of them is the makeup ideas. Here are some ideas to create.

• first you will need metallic silver eyeshadow put  that on the crease in your lid and also on corner and bottom lash.
• next you will need a dark liner black will do
• then you will need matte teal put that on the top lid

Chevy Chase is at his best in this movie but of all the movies  are great, i still think is good. with the gathering of the family. him putting the lights up the died cat. And the best about this its on NBC on Christmas.

Its Bill Murry take on A Christmas Carol  about T.V. guy who is a Scrooge and become grateful after being visited by three ghost and its always on t.v. too i find mostly on AMC

There are many versions of the movie i think i have seen them all. Their is got to be about 1,000 versions of this movie and they keep on make more. but some the  best are the one in the 1940's and 50's there is got be on out even right now.

I  love the 1960's version cartoon but in 2000 Jim Carey made a live action movie. which is funny i love watching i think everyone should check out.

Its A Wonderful Life

Jimmy Seurat at his best its about a man who thinks  after losing some money that he would better off if he wasn't even born , and angel shows him that things would wrose then when wasn't there  the porse in this life what small or large and its always on NBC on Christmas Eve at 8 pm there only version of this movie 1946

• Its a story about believing  in something and stana clause there are two versions of this story one in 1947 and 1994 i like the with Natale woods in 1947 its the better one of them. anyone can get a mirlce if you just believe  

A Christmas story

This movie came in 1983 but its my all time fave also now its on TNT  24 hours all though Christmas starting Xmas eve at 8pm so its best to see it on DVD so you don't get tried of it the best of the there is no best part of the movie the whole thing is funny you shoot your eye out to the kid sticking his tough to the cold pole and getting it stuck there.

Home Alone

A great movie to watch with the whole family Ive seen all of them and i chould watch them over and over  again it first start in 1990. i would buy the DVD .

Edward Scisserhands

Its not really a Xmas movie but it has a Xmas theme in it and johnny depp this is one of his best performce so if you like weird movie this is the movie to watch.

A White Christmas

this 1950's movie always great Xmas greeting i love the singing of Rosemary Clooney and Bring Crosby this is one of my all time faves

Here the season to have light on the house

By the time thanksgiving rolls around and the that is over people have their lights on their on the house. I start putting the light the first week of dec and since this dec started at the end of the week I started putting them on the Sunday after thanksgiving and they will be til little Xmas which is jan 7. When I was little our family would go and look at light in out town and see all the beautiful light in people yard. I always thought it was fun. Happy house light looking

The National Xmas tree lighting on tonight

Today being the first day of DEC it must be the the pres. light the national Xmas tree.And  it true about the song Xmas in Washington dc I truly love that song i can always listen to the song.

Well at 5:30 pm the will start the tree lighting ceremonies i for one love to watch it on t.v. it makes dc look beautiful ,and the white house. So its from 5:30 to  7:00pm and its on every dc news station. And when i was a kid we went to see it live cause my dad worked for the VA witch is right behind the white house. so i have always looked forward to the national Xmas tree lighting its fun.

Today start the holiday tree lighting in nyc of course all the celeb are going to be there like The Muppets cant wait to' see all the music acts. Since i was a kid i have been watching this gets me in The mood. I look forward to this every year. Let The xmas season begain Happy Holidays

They have always had the latest look why, not a bold lip color tomorrow 5,000 people will be wearing that look and it will be good for the business i should do follow there business sense and style. their mother taught them everything in business good for her.

neuatral colors for fall

it looks like the neutral colors all the over in makeup. this fall Ive seen neutral lips and now the eyes and blush i guess going neutral beauty is the the thing this year i have alway gone neutral in my makeup for years it never goes out of style. this how you get feggie look.

• use black mascara anmd eyeliner
• then use a pink for the eye lids apply that
• then use the same color blush 
• and then a lip balm for the lips

Anyone can have neutral lips

Yes, its true you can be all decked out from head to toe and still go nude on the lips. I do it all the time and i apply it to brides and actors etc...is my job as a makeup artist. You can apply the kitten kboddle and on your face and just apply lip balm and you still look great on the red carpet and events you go to.

Movember help save a mans life

In November i pledge that every man  go to get checked for cancer and all men should wear a mauches of the support that every man that know that died from cancer. Just like Octobers is for woman heath men have November all men go see your doc please for the sake of your family and friends.

Get ready for the holidays

Thanksgiving is only 3 weeks a away one way anyone can get ready for the up coming holidays is working out once or twice a day so that you can eat what you want on turkey day i would start buying some DVDs if you don't have any and start eating veggies and fruit.

Lat summer i lost a total of 50 lbs and i have kept it off the key is eating right and working out on a daily basis. And make sure eat every day no matter what, do what you can to keep it off. So have a healthy day

Since today is Halloween and if you have no idea what to wear there  are many websites that you \can go to or you can put in the word Halloween in and many ideas will come up. but the seasoned Halloween would have this whole thing put together months ago.Or you can make them yourself .

My makeup gig

Today I had a photo shoot ( makeup gig ) i was so pumped really my first real gig since last year sometime i was really looking forward to it and i think i did a great job on it meeting new and networking at the same time im looking forward to the next one bring it on!!

Pretty Little Lairs Halloween comes on to tonight 10/19

Tonight starts the 13 nights of Halloween on ABC Family with Pretty Little Lairs Halloween episode this is the one. When Alison was alive before she died and will revile how she died I'm hoping they show who killed her so I'm hoping that you will tune in tonight at 8pm on ABC Family this one should be a good one cause I know I will be watching and maybe you and I can get some Halloween tips for costumes.

Face off season 2

With Halloween coming in less then two week i think they should have Face off in October in stead of January even though its about makeup artist and not a horror flick it would more likely to to show in October then January in my option cause it has to do a lot with fx makeup then the normal makeup like bridal makeup and beauty makeup.

For the last 12 or 13 years i ve been thinking about being a makeup artist for film since i was a usher for AMC movie theatres and since then i have and still been an actress and a in 2005 at the age of 30 i started becoming an makeup doing both going up to NYC and audition and taking class acting since 1999 (going up to NYC ) and starting next i will cont with acting and makeup by taking an fx makeup course with temptu so maybe i can some time soon audition for face off that will be great and still cont to act and go on auditions

With everything become either vegan or veg. why not cosmetics? i truthful don't like to use any kind makeup that harms animals it wrong! I have always loved animals from the time i was a baby and Lush Cosmetics also includes you the buyer can make your own homemade cosmetics with a recipe.


                 As a kid growing up in a small close knit group people we made a lot of stuff including soap etc. (one of us should have made our own homemade cosmetics back then) we would have been famous by than. On for size hahaha No, but really try something different for a change.You might like it!!

this look is simple and clean all you need is brown eyeliner and bronze eye shadow and pick and cea eye shadow to start After airbrushing the foundation and blush in the fold of your eye apply the pick eye shadow and then the cea with and angle brush then with a shadow brush apply the bronze eye shadow then with the eyeliner brush apply the brown eyeliner on the lid and under the eye and that's how you can get the the friendly look the Emma Stone has

it seem everyone in Hollywood is getting in on the American Horror show look like Lea Michelle does in this foxy look this is how you can get the look to all you need is navy eyeshadow and eyeliner. You by applying the eyeshadow to the lid use a shadow brush and for the eyeliner use a eyeliner brush apply it on the lid and under the eye with an angle and before you do that for the foundation use a airbrush system like luminous air and add the glitter and the same the blush and then add lip stick with a lip brush and lip gloss and there you would have her look.

ABC's Fairy Tales comes to life

With all the new show coming out Once upon a time is Abc's new show coming next Sunday on oct 23 about a town that turns in to fairy tale charters like snow white and little red riding hood. And the wicked queen I know I will be watching and hoping that it will last. With Halloween right around the corner their should be some good costumes ideas and the makeup and hair I know the must have the best on set I hoping this last longer than the playboy club on NBC I know it will. So that's one week from Sunday so I hope everyone watches I know I will

Scream

With Hallween right around the coner just 3 weeks away from today some of the best scrary movie are shown all month long one them is the scream franise it being said making fun of other scrary movie with out being to cheesy. that being said ive watchihng the franise since was 21 year and the lastest installment just came to dvd oct 4 2011.

  I canm remember the first one camr out 1996 i thought it was scary kind of but, im use to scrary ive been watching scary movies i was 8 years when my mom worked at J.C.Pennys and my dad was home we use too tell "its nap time dad" he would go to sleep and us kids would watch Friday the 13th . that most likey why im not scared of slacer movies and im more scared of mind movie that make you thnk.
But, i still think that scream movie are scary in a way bercause you dont know who is out in the bushes or behind the tree at night. this movie has always been a good halloween movie by far.

NYC city of dreams

Ever since i was 24 i have been coming to NYC every so often basic i live here part time cause DC is a hop, skip and a jump from NYC. This were dream come true or break I'm still making mine come true. today of of I'm add a skill to my makeup artistry business and hopefully can make more money during what i love. when i started coming here when i was 24 i was only doing acting things nowi come here to to both my makeup and acting and next summer i plan on moving back after i finish my deree in admin asst. so i can work in a office full time and go audition and do makeup on the weekends. but their are many thing to do and go see to many to mention like.

• like you go see a Broadway show
• or take a tour of the city
• and go the statue of liberty

that just of what you do in the big apple and not to mention go shopping on 5 Th ave and drop by the today show. so book your fight or train today

Devine lips

while on twitter earlier last month, someone from my home town Chicago started following me. And they had their own business selling lip shimmers from home while a lot of business from home go flop in a year their are business like Marykay and Avon that last forever if you are a good sells person. I have done some research of my own on this business it looks like the real deal I have personal always liked the cosmetics companies this lip shimmer also looks like you can buy at Walgreen's for 4.99 ONE DAY I Shall go in and see what they look like. And the lip shimmer also smell like wine well since October is wine tasting month its like almost every weekend theirs is a wine tasting thing going on so this is a good time to write about it and you can start your own lip shimmer business i think i might to make extra money maybe. but for i will stick to makeup artistry. I'm on my way to go to NYC for an airbrushing classes it should be fun

Face Painting

This  isthe month when most people paint their faces. Cause of Halloween, Yes i have` told you guys that I'm a makeup artist and that includes there are many ways of face painting and designs.

i added this skills to my business to make more money. and many you just face paint this a good skill to have when you are a makeup artist or i think so. cause you can do this arts and crafts fairs or at kids party's and bridal party's   or just at home for Halloween and since its breast cancer month when you run are at some kind of fair you can put the pick ribbon on your face and you do this for sporting events to show your support for your team.

Okay, so friday and you wondering what to do with your boyfriend you could always go out to a club but then a agian not inmate you could to cozy place well any way either place is good but how do put your makeup together and hair  i personal would put it up in a sexy bun and make the makeup soft like with red lip stick  and copper eyeliner and eyeshadow but anyway sexy is the way to go.

And let him pay for everything. its so easy to look nice for someone you love.

• to start put your foundtion make sure it match yor skin
• then start with the eyes just put it on the lid
• and then put the copper eyeliner on

and to finsh off the red lip stick make sure you blott it
 and that how you can look beautiful  for any date night go out and have fun

Xmas before Halloween

If you go though any retail before you might find a small section in that store mostly in the back of the store. I think it silly but, guess that have to start at some point. Before you know it the whole store as been invade by Xmas way before the actually season starts. I actually like to decorate during Xmas but in the retail world before Xmas is a good thing cause they most of their money then

1960's the playboy club

If anyone has ever dreamed about being a bunny and i don't mean a real bunny. A playboy bunny i mean then here a show you will like or love like me. Ever since i can remember i have always wanted to be one. This show is about the playboy club in the 1960's Chicago and about the bunny's life's an add bonus Hugh Hefner narration of the show yes its his real him. Comes to life in the show and no you don't get to see him just an actor betraying him and its only the the back of his head.
     In up coming shows you will get to know the bunny's. And their are many shows this season that are set in the 1960's like pan am all thanks to Emmy award winning Mad Men all though that show is fiction and not based on real people. the playboy club is is a real place but not based real people or i don't think it is!! I hope this can last at least 5 years or more. Me coming from Chicago I'm glad they have something like this i will be watching this till the end cant wait till next Monday it looks good.

Red Carpet ready how to be ready for any photo

Yesterday started award season with the Emmy's. for anyone who want to be a celeb or dress like one all you have to and be ready for pics. First of all you need a great makeup artist and hair team.Alot of makeup artist use now airbrushing. it goes on better and some times you can do it your self. i plan on taking classes up in NYC at Temptupro And i plan on living back up there by next summer most likely as an asst to a makeup artist. So any ways have you airbrush you can also blend so it doesn't look fake.

           You might find some airbrushing kit to be alot money i suggest that you go for lummies air that what i use for my personal use it cost only 250 dollars which its bad price cause pros  can cost up to something like 1,0000 dollars even i would pay that right now but i get more clients i will be able to pay for something that i hope. And that how you can get red caret ready in mins a day.

Emmys 2011

Tonight's emmys started out with Modern Family winning everything, and the before show everyone looked going loved all the dress and hair and makeup. Growing up i have always wanted to acted and someday go to and award show. this years winners devered all the awards that got.By the middle of the it was between HBO and PBS with drama shows.

And with Jane Lynch as host she funny they should get her next year for the emmys i would watch all the way like i did this year.And it ended up being all about Modern Family in the comedy. and with HBO wins it seems like a good night . i really wanted boardwalk to win but it didn't but in their directors. This only the start of award season to the Oscar

As a makeup artist you learn more about cosmetics and differnt types of cosmetics but today while i was on twitter i found a cosmetics line that servers to the vegans in the world it called obsessive complsive cosmetics as makeup artist im always looking to take more classes`to train inpove myself i think this will be one many classes in the coming year i will take. i ran across it when i was like i said when i was on twitter looking other peoples post it looks like something i would be want to take.

I know this late but that drama of one former DC Housewife had her husband Tareq worried that was kidnapped but she wasn't she ran off with guarsit from Journey whats next for this housewife from what i have been reading she has always want fame but did not want to work for it. This former Makeup artist from Nordstroms how she got the job who know that. She always has claimed that she was a Redskinette but the redskins say that the reports are untrue.It seems she wants to be famous but not work for 

The former white house crasher will do anything to be in the papers Honey work for your fame and do some network you will get farther in life if do that

Two day days ago missoni open their line at target. it sold out in mins source say when going to target they are not allowed to hold any products. They will from sept13, 2011- Oct.22,2011 so hurry in they are going fast they have a line for every area in your home.

          i was watching E news and the some stars were in line as well to get their hand on some stuff for less. it looks like a big success when get some money I'm going to buy some if i can I'm big on fashion stuff

Jesse Metcalfe rising star

Nobody knew Jesse Metcalfe would be star in 1999 when stared on a soap called passions but i had a feeling he would he was 21 at the time of show start. Even though the acting was bad at times i still loved the show and now a ton of t.v. shows and movies he will me in next year long a waited t.v show Dallas now that is almost 34 years old he has had a good career start.

               Passions was a show about that sometimes was too choucky and dumb but i was 24 when the show start and i would come after school and watch it it only lasted 9  year more most relationships last. I cant till next summer when Dallas comes to TNT Networks but guess i have to wait they all ways say good things come to those who wait
